Currently we have a multitude of companies, schools, universities, apartment complexes and HOA’s that use our hourly service to have their painting needs met. This service enables our company to provide excellent service in a quick and efficient manner.

Commercial Hourly Rate

• 1 painter- $40.00 per hour
• 2+ painters- $30.00 per hour

NOTES:

• Minimum 8 hours for one painter
• After hours and weekends are not included
• This rate is based on 8 hrs a day only. Anything past 8 hours is overtime and will be charged time and a half
• Paint, primer and materials such as plastic, paper, masking tape, caulking, sand paper is not included and will be billed according to amount used
• Hourly rate is set and it includes liability insurance, workman’s comp, & payroll taxes
• Drop cloths, ladders, spray machines & tools are included
• All rental equipment such as boom lifts and scissor lifts are not included
